At BeYOUtiful Roots, we take pride in creating quality hair products with care. Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.

To be eligible for assistance:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

BeYOUtiful Roots is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for lost or stolen packages.
